Investors In People Status Retained, February 2012

Strensall Medical Practice has been working with Investors In People (IIP) since 1995 and following our recent re-accreditation visit, we are delighted to confirm that once again, we continue to achieve the standard.

IIP is an outcome based framework of Best Practice.

There are 39 criteria that are assessed to ensure that we meet the full standard. This gives us a complete picture of our strengths and any potential weaknesses and ensures we continue to develop. It’s about planning, doing and reviewing.

Key strengths highlighted through the recent re-accreditation process were:
