Our Practice Manager, Joanne Rowe, is based at the Strensall surgery. She oversees the running of the entire practice supported by a team of departmental managers.

Receptionists & Dispensers

The reception staff are the first point of contact for most patients when they attend surgery. They are all trained to dispense medicines under the supervision of the doctors to 'dispensing patients'.

Administrative Staff

They work behind the scene to ensure the smooth running of the practice. They type letters, take telephone messages, answer enquiries, run audits, maintain the computer information systems, etc.
